About the facilitator:
Vartika Gupta is a consulting psychologist and arts-based therapist with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of psychology, movement, and storytelling. Her work is rooted in the belief that the body and personal narratives hold deep insight, opening pathways for awareness, expression, and transformation.
She holds a Master’s in Psychological Counselling from Christ University, Bangalore, and is a certified arts-based therapist from WCCLF, Pune. Integrating drama, movement, storytelling, and rhythm-based practices, she now works primarily with adults, supporting self-awareness, expression, and growth beyond comfort zones.
Her approach is experiential and embodied, centred on lived experience. She is associated with the Centre for Action Research and Education (CFARE) and works as a Project Coordinator within one of its initiatives.
At Innishari, she has contributed to several performance-led projects and continues as an Abundance Ambassador, bringing a nuanced blend of sensitivity and creative exploration to her work.
