ABOUT OSHO

Most people do not hesitate because they lack ideas.

They hesitate because they overthink.

They replay conversations before having them. They wait for the perfect words. They hold back because they are afraid of saying or doing the wrong thing.

Over time, hesitation becomes a habit.

OSHO (Outsmart Silly Hesitation, Oops!) is designed to help you break that habit.

Using the principles and exercises of improvisation, you will learn to trust yourself, respond in the moment and become more comfortable with uncertainty.

The goal is not to perform.

The goal is to hesitate less in everyday life.

Whether you are speaking in meetings, introducing yourself to someone new, making decisions, presenting ideas or simply expressing yourself more freely, OSHO gives you practical tools to move past hesitation and take action with confidence.

No acting or performance experience is required. Just bring your curiosity, a willingness to play and an openness to trying something new.

WHAT YOU will LEARN

Using the core principles of improv, you will learn to:

Trust your instincts instead of overthinking.

Say "Yes, And" to become more open and adaptable.

Listen fully and respond with presence.

Make bold choices without chasing perfection.

Embrace mistakes as opportunities to grow.

Get comfortable with uncertainty and hesitate less.
