PAINT YOUR ENERGY WITH THE COLOURS OF YOUR SOUL
What if creativity could become a way to pause, look within and understand your own energy?
A two hour immersive experience combining creative expression, grounding, mindfulness, guided meditation through art and colours.
This is not a conventional painting workshop. Here, art becomes a tool for self exploration and reflection.
Begin by grounding yourself and arriving in the present moment. Explore the seven energy centres through colour, emotion and awareness, and then intuitively express your experience through art.
You will explore how your choices, colours, patterns and creative process can reflect your personal way of expressing and connecting within.The experience gives you space to slow down, explore and flow within yourself.
No prior art experience is required. Come as you are, create freely and take your creation home with you.
