How You Can Participate

Come as a Listener

Allow the poetry, music and conversations to simply wash over you.

There is no pressure to perform.

Sometimes the deepest participation is simply listening.

About the Facilitator

Sagrieka Mittal (Ishqaa) is a Sufi-Bhakti facilitator, spiritual mentor and poet whose work beautifully weaves together mysticism, devotion and inner transformation.

For over a decade, she has been creating sacred spaces where people reconnect with themselves through Sufi poetry, Sama, Whirling Meditation, Bhakti, meditation and contemplative dialogue.

Her gatherings are less about teaching and more about remembrance, inviting people to return to the love, silence and presence that already live within.

She is also a Vedic astrologer and sound healer, bringing together ancient wisdom traditions with a deeply experiential approach to spirituality.

Why Rooh-e-Daari?

In a world moving faster than ever, we rarely find spaces where we can simply slow down, listen deeply and belong.

Rooh-e-Daari is an evening to pause.

To meet people who value depth over noise, presence over performance, and conversations that nourish the soul.

Come a little early.

Stay a little longer.

Because often, the most beautiful part of the evening begins after the poetry ends, over a warm home-cooked meal beneath the trees at Zorba.
