Shaam-E-Akhtari is a heartfelt musical tribute to the legendary Ghazal Samraggi, Begum Akhtar, whose timeless artistry continues to inspire generations of music lovers.
Presented by Madhu Murchhana, this special evening will feature an evocative performance by the renowned classical and semi-classical vocalist Padma Shri Dr. Soma Ghosh. Known for her depth of expression and soulful renditions, Dr. Ghosh will pay homage to Begum Akhtar through a carefully curated selection of ghazals and melodies that reflect the richness of India’s musical heritage.
