About The Event
Learn practical striking and self-defense techniques from the art of Muay Thai.
This workshop focuses on real-world self-defense, confidence-building, situational awareness, and basic striking techniques to help women feel stronger, safer, and more prepared in everyday situations.
We are building a community of women who feel strong enough to fight in any danger and capable of helping each other in moments of panic through martial arts.
This initiative is inspired by Naman`s coach in Thailand. His daughter experienced abuse from men during her teenage years and he as a father also became her fight coach.
She eventually went on to become a World Champion while the coach went on to coach several other world champions including The Great Saenchai.
The workshop will be conducted by Naman Munot, a graduate of BITS Pilani and an international kickboxer who has represented India in international Muay Thai competitions and won a Silver Medal.
No prior martial arts experience required.
Train. Empower. Protect Yourself.
Meeting Point is Matchbox, Hauz Khas Village
Please be there on time, as we will start the workshop promptly at the scheduled time and head out for the run immediately.
