
Founded by martial arts expert and Taoist yoga teacher Paulie Zink in the 1970s, Yin Yoga is a slow-paced meditative form of yoga. Unlike other forms of yoga, here each pose is held for 3-5 mins with the help of props. This helps improve flexibility and balance by directing blood circulation to the joints. Our Yin Yoga session is great for people who find it particularly hard to sit & meditate. By focusing on your mind and body, it will make you aware of your inner silence, relax your mind, and release physical stress.
