About The Event

ASBL presents Sri Sitaramula Kalyana Mahotsavam, a grand celebration of devotion and culture. The event begins with the sacred Sri Sita Rama Kalyanam, followed by soulful devotional performances by Singer Sunitha garu and team. The evening will also feature Ramayana-based drama acts, classical dance performances, and a spectacular Ramayana-themed drone show lighting up the sky. A spiritually uplifting experience for devotees and families to come together and celebrate the divine union of Sri Sita and Lord Rama

General Event FAQs

1. What is the Sri Rama Navami Kalyana Mahotsavam?

It is the annual celestial wedding ceremony (Kalyanam) of Lord Sri Rama and Goddess Sita, celebrated with great fervor on the occasion of Sri Rama Navami.

2. Where is the event being held?

The event takes place at ASBL RTC X Roads (Available on Google Maps). CG33+J58, Old Nallakunta, New Nallakunta, Hyderabad, Telangana 500020.

3. What are the event timings?

The event begins at around 5:00 PM and concludes by 9:30 PM or 10:00 PM. 

4. What is the event schedule?

Gate Open Time: 4:00 PM
Gate Closing Time: 6:00 PM

5. Important Note

  • All gates will be closed by 6:30 PM and no one would be allowed post that. 

  • We reserve the right to restrict entry if you are visibly under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

  • Let's maintain peace and decorum at the event premises. Any fights or issues will lead to expulsion from the premises



6. Are there walk-ins for the event?

There is no walk-in registration. Everyone is encouraged to book your tickets via Book My Show before the event.



Ticketing & Entry

7. Is a physical ticket mandatory for entry?

The e-ticket/m-ticket is a must that has to be shown at the event. That will be scanned before entry.

8. What does the ticket include?

Depending on the category :

  • General Pass: General free entry to the event. Seating is first come first serve basis.

  • VIP Pass: VIP pass will be provided with a Snack Box + LED Wrist Band at the entry post scanning your tickets.

  • Family VIP Pass: Family VIP pass. Includes 5 people as a group. Each person will be provided with a Snack Box + LED Wrist Band at the entry post scanning your tickets.

9. Is there a child entry policy?

Children above a certain age (usually 5 or 12 years, depending on the year's specific rules) require a full ticket. Children below that age may enter for free but will not be provided with a separate seat.

10. Can I cancel or reschedule my ticket?

As per BookMyShow policy, tickets for this event are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable.



Venue & Facilities

11. Are there dress code requirements?

Yes, traditional attire is strictly recommended.

  • Men: Dhoti/Pancha or Kurta-Pyjama.

  • Women: Saree or Chudidar with Dupatta.

12. What items are prohibited at the venue?

Prohibited items usually include:

  • Professional cameras and recording equipment.

  • Outside food and beverages.

  • Sharp objects, lighters, and inflammables.

  • Alcohol and Drugs are strictly prohibited.

  • Tobacco and E-cigrettes are prohibited.

13. Is there a designated parking area?

Yes there is a dedicated parking area for both cars and bikes. Please reach the venue by 5 PM for a smoother entry.

14. Will Prasadam be available for everyone?

Prasadam at designated counters set up will be provided at the event. All Prasadam is going to be free of cost.

15. Will there be food available?

There will be food stalls at the event that can be purchased at a cost.

16. Are mobile phones allowed?

While mobile phones are generally allowed in the event area, you are expected to keep them on silent and refrain from using them during the sacred rituals.
