About The Event
Storytelling Competition is an exciting and interactive learning activity designed to encourage preschool children to explore the wonderful world of stories. Children are invited to narrate their favourite short stories, fairy tales, moral stories, animal stories, or imaginative tales in their own words. They can use simple expressions, voice modulation, gestures, and creative actions to make their storytelling interesting and engaging.
This activity helps develop communication skills, vocabulary, listening abilities, imagination, creativity, memory, confidence, and public speaking skills. It also encourages children to express their thoughts, develop a love for storytelling, and enjoy the magic of learning through stories.
Parents are welcome to help their children select and prepare a short, age-appropriate story. Children may also use simple props or story-related accessories to make their presentations more interesting.
Every participant will receive appreciation and encouragement for their efforts.
