About The Event
Why does balancing on one leg become harder when our mind wanders? What happens to our breath when we hold a challenging posture? And why can staying still sometimes feel harder than moving?
"The Art of Holding Still" is a 90-minute interactive workshop exploring the connection between body, breath, and mind through mindful movement, yoga, balance exercises, and simple reflections.
Through accessible yoga asanas, breath work, and engaging discussions, we will explore how physical stillness can help us cultivate greater awareness, patience, and focus. Together, we will discover what happens when we slow down, tune into our bodies, and learn to find balance even when our minds are elsewhere.
Designed to be fun, welcoming, and meaningful, this experience is open to everyone, regardless of their yoga experience. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and discover the art of being present.
