The Inner Journey is a four-hour immersive meditation retreat designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate greater calm, clarity, and presence. Through a carefully curated series of guided practices, youwill explore mindfulness, compassion, visualisation, and reflection in a peaceful and supportive environment.

- Bhramari (Humming Bee) Meditation

Whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice, this retreat offers a meaningful opportunity to pause, reflect, and begin the week feeling grounded and refreshed.


Please Note:


- Suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike.

- Comfortable seating and meditation props will be provided.

- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the retreat begins.


About the Facilitator


Jerry Varghese is a Certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher (RYT 200), a Certified Mindfulness Teacher (CMT-P) accredited by the International Mindfulness Teachers Association, an experienced Sound Healer, and an OSHO Active Meditations Facilitator.


After a successful career of over 15 years in corporate leadership, Jerry chose to dedicate his life to helping people cultivate greater calm, clarity, and well-being through meditation and mindfulness. He is the founder of Nihshreyasa Holistic Wellness Studio in Fort Kochi, where he facilitates meditation, yoga, breathwork, sound healing, and mindfulness experiences for individuals and groups.


Known for his warm, accessible, and practical approach, Jerry creates immersive experiences that welcome both beginners and experienced practitioners, making ancient contemplative practices relevant to modern life.
