Param Vir Chakra awardee Captain Yogendra Singh Yadav, is a hero of the Kargil War. Captain Yogendra Singh Yadav, PVC, is one of Indias youngest recipients of the Param Vir Chakra, the nations highest wartime gallantry award. During the 1999 Kargil War, as a member of the 18 Grenadiers, he displayed extraordinary courage in the assault on Tiger Hill, continuing to lead the mission despite sustaining multiple gunshot wounds. His exceptional bravery and determination played a crucial role in the successful capture of the strategic peak. Today, Captain Yadav continues to inspire people across the country through his talks on leadership, patriotism, resilience, and the spirit of selfless service.
