The Symphony Orchestra of India (SOI) comes together with Living Voices – Mumbai and students of the SOI Music Academy for a joyful celebration of the season. The evening brings together music, voices and dance in a programme that moves from beloved carols and choral favourites to orchestral classics, festive waltzes, tango, opera and much-loved songs.
The festivities begin in the foyer, where members of the choir will welcome audiences with a selection of songs of the season from around the world, setting the mood for the evening ahead.
In the hall, the SOI, joined by Living Voices – Mumbai and young musicians from the SOI Music Academy, presents an eclectic programme featuring Tchaikovsky’s enchanting The Nutcracker, Piazzolla’s spirited Libertango, among other season favourites. With soaring voices, vibrant orchestral music, ’Tis the Season promises an evening filled with warmth, energy and the joy of coming together.
