
The session begins with a gentle opening circle and short check-in, creating a safe and supportive atmosphere where participants can arrive fully into the space. This is followed by 10–15 minutes of preparation and grounding practices to help participants relax, connect with their body and breath, and set an intention for the journey.
The guided breathwork practice lasts approximately 1 hour and is supported with carefully curated music and facilitation. The session is designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and deep inner connection.
