The EverStrong Longevity Workshop is a focused, 3-hour session for people who work hard and intend to keep doing it for decades. In one afternoon you will understand exactly what chronic work stress is doing to your body, watch it measured live, feel the recovery tools that reverse it, and leave with a plan you can start on Monday.
This is not a class and not a sales pitch. It is a genuine teaching session, built on published science, using your own numbers.

What you will experience
The invoice your job sends your body. A clear, no-jargon breakdown of what chronic stress does to your heart, muscles, sleep, and hormones, and why it is physiology, not weakness.
The 12 levers of aging and the Four Horsemen. The actual mechanisms behind how we age, the four diseases that get most of us, and the shared soil underneath them.
Your Stress Damage Scorecard. You fill it in live, from your own numbers, across sleep, wearable data, training, and load. Your own red flags, in front of you.
A live biological-age assessment. We run a real assessment on volunteers in the room: grip strength, a VO2 proxy, cellular health and body composition, visceral fat. We read out what each marker means for how fast you are aging. Biological age stops being a buzzword and becomes a number on a screen.
A guided recovery experience. You will feel the antidote toolkit yourself, sequenced correctly: red light therapy, ice plunge, and infrared sauna.

Club EverStrong was built by a founder who spent nearly a decade as an engineer at Microsoft. He called the anxiety focus and the fatigue grind, until his body sent the bill. When: Saturday 25 July, 3:00 to 6:00 PM (3 hours)
Where: Club EverStrong, Bellandur, Bangalore
Seats: 25 only. This is demo-heavy and needs floor space, so the cap is real.
Parking: bikes unlimited, 3 cars on-site, roadside limited, so carpool if you can.
What to bring: comfortable clothing (you may want to try the recovery zone), and if you use a Whoop, Garmin, or Apple Watch, have the app handy. Your data becomes your scorecard.
