When was the last time you celebrated your well-being alongside an entire community? This International Yoga Day, join Bangalore's vibrant 50+ community for one of Marzi's most anticipated experiences of the year- a morning dedicated to movement, mindfulness, and connection.


Led by an experienced yoga instructor, this beginner-friendly session focuses on flexibility, balance, and mobility through gentle, guided movements designed specifically for the 50+ body. Whether you're completely new to yoga or returning after a long break, every movement can be done at your own pace in a comfortable and supportive environment. The session is guided in the presence of a Marzi host to ensure everyone feels comfortable, included, and supported throughout the experience. Following the session, stay back for light refreshments, meaningful conversations, and a special hamper to commemorate the occasion.
