Nine nights, nine forms of Goddess Durga - that's Navratri's basic structure. This year's Sharad Navratri falls Sunday 11 October through Monday 19 October, with Dussehra (Vijayadashami) landing on the 20th. The festival opens with Ghatasthapana on the morning of the 11th.
