About the movie
Saktinath lives with his wife, two sons and a daughter in a North Calcutta house which was gifted to him by his eldest Son, Bitan, who lives in USA. Bitan has a family of his own, a wife and a beautiful daughter, Elisa.
Just after the announcement of Saktinath`s only daughter`s marriage, the family came to know of Bitan`s passing due to stage III Cancer. Saktinath couldn`t do but mortgage his house as nobody else in family could help in no way, Bidhan was freshly recruited, and Biplab, a Collegian. After two years, Bidhan got married to Aparna, a schoolteacher in South Kolkata. Biplab also got engaged with Riya, an excellent Classical singer.
When the mortgage time was about to end, Saktinath asked Bidhan to pay off, which he refused sternly and left the house. Riya also leaves Biplab after their marriage only to pursue her singing career. After a year, Saktinath passes away. Fifteen years later, Roni, the teenage son of Bidhan and Aparna, makes an American friend online, which is none other than Bitan`s daughter. With the help of Roni, Elisa tries to unite her father`s family once again.
