About the movie
Caius Martius 'Coriolanus' is a formidable Roman general, suddenly pitted against his own city and citizens. Rebelling against his manipulative mother's ambitions and rejected by his own people, Coriolanus incites a riot that sees him expelled from Rome. The banished hero then joins forces with his sworn enemy Tullus Aufidius - to take his revenge, and seal his fate.
