About the movie
Andha Kanoon is a 1983 Bollywood film directed by T. Rama Rao. The story is about a forest officer who is sent to jail in a murder case of a smuggler. After he is released from the prison, he finds out that the person he was convicted of killing is still alive. He decides to actually kill the smuggler with the help of a man who is seeking revenge for his parent's murder.
