About the movie
Set in 2016 in the village of Ancharakandi, Chaama follows a sixth-grader named Chaama, who uses his creativity to tackle the widespread issue of alcoholism affecting his community. Guided by his teachers, Chaama develops a plan to inspire change in a place where poverty and addiction are common. Alongside his journey, the film highlights the customs and challenges of the local tribal community, blending emotion with artistic values.
