The film features Prem Kumar and Meghana Gaonkar in leading roles. `Charminar` depicts compares a man`s life to the famous monument Charminar in Hyderabad that shows four important pillars, including family, friends and lovers.`Charminar` has been produced under the Chandru films banner, its soundtrack has been composed by newcomer Hari, a former Guitarist based in Hyderabad, while the original score for the movie is by Gurukiran.
