About the movie
The story of Dubai Seenu revolves around a guy who aims to go to Dubai. He gets a loan and comes to Mumbai with the money. He lives in the city as a roadside vendor. Meanwhile, he falls in love with a girl, who comes to Mumbai in search of her brother. He returns to his city to repay the loan and learns that the lender is a mafia and the story takes a turn.
