About the movie
A newly married girl, Swapna, starts working as a maid-servant in a nearby house in Kolkata. Gradually, a bond of friendship gets created between Swapna and Lopa, her mistress. Swapna discovers that Lopa is suffering from a depression caused by termination of motherhood. They meet with the sculptural artwork of an old stranger who starts staying near their house of late. The depression of Lopa deeply influences the consequences in Swapna`s life, while a clay doll of Swapna was stolen by her husband, Noyon. Gradually, the identity of the old man gets unfolded to the residents of the locality.
