About the movie
When Inspector Gautam (Sashi Kapoor) is sent to a lawless town by the Police Commissioner with a belief that he will be able to bring order, Shashi not only finds him in the midst of a nearly impossible task, but also facing mortal danger. This town is run by goons, who are headed by Dharamdutt, and when he hears of Gautam, he sends his expert hit-man Govinda to finish Gautam off.
