About the movie
In Laika (fictional country), the surging waves of underlying turmoil between black and white forces unfold during the regime change. The head of the criminal organization, Song Bang (Eric Tsang), seeks to cleanse his image and colludes with officials through bribery, but faces a significant financial shortfall. Songs right-hand man, Zheng Zha (Andy On), and the secretive enforcer, Su Wan (Jiro Wang), engage in plundering and killing, helping Song Bang rise to power. However, as Song is about to reap the rewards, he is unaware that schemes of revenge and betrayal are quietly brewing among rival factions.
