About the movie
A husband and wife, both lawyers at the High Court of Kerala, win a major case against the drug mafia. Their victory leads to a devastating act of revenge: mafia operatives inject their young son with drugs at school, and he dies on the way to the hospital.
Shattered by their loss, the couple struggle to comfort each other and eventually separate. The husband turns to alcohol, while the wife develops severe mental health problems. Without adequate care and support, she loses her home and is forced to beg on the streets. Eventually, she takes her own life.
