About the movie
He has a record for flunking exams hence gets kicked out of school and starts assisting his father on the truck. Kishu witnesses the violence and corruption and negotiates it in his own manner. There isn`t much hope for a bright and prosperous future for Kishu until he falls in love with a beautiful American girl who has come to Bihar to research on Madhubani Paintings. There is too much disparity between Kishu and Sapna, his new-found love considering she has a protective, rich upper caste uncle and his own temperamental father to convince. But Kishu is irreversibly and irrevocably in love. And is determined to find out the answer to the age-old question - What Is Love? Soon enough, Kishu realises the wisdom of the ancients - In love, the stream flows backward and the one who puts everything he has on stake emerges as the ultimate winner!
