Kalidasu
About the movie
Kalidasu (Sushanth) is the son of a police officer who is killed at the hands of a factionist. Kalidasu kills the factionist and escapes and is brought up by Kanakadurga (Jayasudha) along with her son Dev (Vamsikrishna). To help Dev study, Kalidasu does the job of car lifting. Baba (Chalapati Rao) buys such lifted cars. His son Basha (Sunil) also becomes his good friend.
One day, he lifts a car and finds a girl, Mirchi (Tamannaah) beneath it who pretends to be a lunatic. After some days, some goons led by Pratap and Ajay (Vinodkumar and Ajay) kill Basha and take away Mirchi.
Kalidasu goes to Hyderabad after he sees Dev`s photo with Mirchi on her cell phone. He finds out that Dev has been killed while protecting the college maintained by Archana (Mirchi).
Now he vows to avenge Basha`s and Dev`s death and that forms the crux of the story.
