Hunting for hope in a city ridden by immorality, young Kedar Barua is tickled into madness by ghosts of the past. Paro's love brightens his path to liberation, but a nefarious, superhuman vigilante emerges from the dark.
Can this lousy anti-hero's wrath save the day, or will their shackled lives descend into deeper chaos?
