About the movie
Kuruvi (Vidharth) is a petty village thief who hates to make an honest living. The carefree youngster has an unmarried elder sister who works in a mill, and a mentally challenged younger sister.
The local villagers avoid him but nobody dares to confront him. The turning point is when a tuition- going girl Krishnaveni (Sanchita) steals Kuruvis heart and he wants to turn a new life, but the society refuses to acknowledge a thief turning into a honest person.
Furthermore, a twist makes its appearance the form of the villain Nagendran (Ravishankar), the village temple trustee who wants to usurp the temple land and wealth by making Kuruvi the scapegoat.
