The role of Silk Smitha has been essayed by Sana Khan. Some of the film`s supporting actors include Suresh Krishna, Nishan and Rajasri Nair. K Viyasan has directed the film which is a dubbed Tamil version of the Malayalam film, `Climax`. The latter too was a biopic based on Silk Smitha.
