About the movie
The film deals with a girl name Pakhi who gets separated from her family and ends up getting involved in the flesh trade. By a stroke of luck, Pakhi happens to meet a journalist named Abhinash and to her shock finds that Abhinash is her long lost brother. Abhinash rescues her from the red-light area and brings her back to home. But the other family members refuse to accept Pakhi due to the social stigma. What happens next is portrayed in the rest of the film.
