About the movie
When power-dressing career woman Lucy Hill is sent from Miami to a small town in snowy Minnesota, she is suddenly thrust into an uncomfortable and hostile world. She is driven crazy by the stubborn factory workers and the ever-annoying union representative but eases into her role and begins to warm up to them. So much so that when the news of the factory`s closure reaches her, she stands up for the community.
