Penpattanam takes a look at the struggle for survival of four women who are Kudumbasree workers.
Based on a story by director Ranjith, `Penpattanam` has KPAC Lalitha, Revathy, Swetha Menon and Vishnupriya donning the roles of the four women. For each one of them, life is a battle, and each one has to find her own way to get through it.Though a women-oriented film, `Penpattanam` will have a few prominent male actors lending the ladies some support.
