About the movie
Set in a small town, this light-hearted drama follows two families: a barber and an ironsmith, each dreaming of wealth through their children`s marriages. The ironsmith wants his daughters, Aarti and Bharati, to marry into rich families, while the barber hopes his sons, Raj and Vishnu, will do the same. As love blossoms between the children, both families pretend to be wealthy to secure the alliances. The truth unravels during a local Panch Mudi gathering, leading to a comedic yet heartfelt revelation. Despite the deception, love triumphs, and the story concludes with the union of the young couple.
