About the movie
The movie is about three people and the events that follow in a quaint ancestral house on Purple Lake. The Dutts are hard-pressed for money. While Mrs Dutt (Sardar) is a violin teacher, her husband (Choudhary) is in and out of jobs. The scarcity of money leads them to rent part of their house to a stranger (Kapoor). In the beginning all seems fine, but soon Mrs Dutt starts to warm up to the stranger. Is she making a mistake? Is the stranger`s love for real?
