About the movie
''Vadhyar'' has been directed by Nidheesh Shakthi. The film centres around Anoop Krishnan (Jayasurya) who wants to study Business Administration but lands up with a B.Ed. He begins teaching at Kottapuram Saraswathi Vilasam U P School under Subhadra ( Menaka), the headmistress. The film is essentially about what happens when a teacher with minimal interest in teaching begins teaching. Anne Augustine plays the leading actress in the film.
The film has been directed by Nidheesh Shakti and produced by N Sudhish under Lakshminath Creations. Rajesh Raghavan has scripted the film and R Gautham has composed the music. Some of the film's other actors include Nedumudi Venu, Vijayaraghavan, Bijukuttan, Harisree Ashokan and Anil Murali.
