-        Offer can be availed only in one transaction per card per month.

-        The customer will have to pay convenience fee and / or any other charges / taxes as levied on each transaction.

-        Tickets once purchased on the BookMyShow mobile application cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.

-        Offer is applicable on all live events listed on BookMyShow India for which tickets can be booked on BookMyShow.

-        Prior to using the BookMyShow mobile application, the cardholder should refer, read, understand, accept and agree to the user agreement and terms and conditions of Bookmyshow, and proceed only if the cardholder agrees to abide by the same

-        The offer is non-transferable, non-negotiable and non-encashable.

-        This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer on BookMyShow mobile application during the offer period.

-        BookMyShow reserves the sole right to decide on whether a purchase transaction meets the eligibility criteria as listed above. All decisions in respect of the offer will be at the discretion of HSBC and BookMyShow and the same will be final, binding and non-contestable.
