The below table contains the list of banks for which points can be redeemed and also the minimum balance threshold that one must have to make the first transaction.

On redemption, the points would automatically be subtracted from points accumulated in the customer’s account.
The points accrued can only be redeemed by the customet (i.e. primary card holder and not by an additional cardholder).
Points cannot be exchanged for cash or credit or used to obtain cash advances or used against payment for any charges incurred on their bank's card.
Redeemed points are not exchangeable for other rewards nor are refundable. Points once redeemed in favour of any Merchant Associate cannot be transferred back to the customers.
All redemptions are subject to availability and certain restrictions may apply. The redemption procedure and additional terms and conditions for each item will be set forth by the concerned Merchant Associate and the same is binding on the customers.
Any additional costs set out by the Merchant Associate in connection with the redemption of any points will be the sole responsibility of and borne solely by the customers.
The customer is solely responsible for making all reservations
