A. L. Azhagappan is an Indian actor and producer, who works mainly in the Tamil film industry. He served as the President of the Tamil Nadu Producers Council. He also produced movies like Saivam (2014), Idhu Enna Maayam (2015), Oru Naal Iravil (2016), Sila Samayangalil (2017) and Vanamagan (2017). Azhagappan`s acting credits include movies like Easan (2010), Kathai Thiraikathai Vasanam Iyakkam (2014) and Kathai Thiraikathai Vasanam Iyakkam (2014). His debut role portraying the villain in Easan was nominated for the Best Villain at the Vijay Awards. In 2017 Azhagappan was seen in debutant director S. Ashok Amirtharaj`s Thiri. The cast also includes Ashwin Kakumanu, Swati Reddy, V. Jayaprakash and Karunakaran.
