Born to the director-producer duo Sandeep Patel and Aarti Patel, Aarohi Patel made her debut as a child artist in the 1999 Gujarati movie Moti Na Chowk Re Sapna Ma Ditha. A couple of years later she appeared in four episodes of the TV show Sati Savitri aired on the Sab TV network. Being a passionate artist as a child, Aarohi won several dance and theatre competitions during her college days.

A commerce graduate, Aarohi made her lead role debut in 2015 with the movie Premji: Rise of a Warrior directed by Vijaygiri Bava. She was pursuing her degree when shooting for the film. She later appeared in Sandeep Patel`s Love Ni Bhavai (2017). Aarohi Patel`s 2019 release includes Chaal Jeevi Laiye and Montu Ni Bittu.
