Abbi Jacobson is an American comedian, actress, writer, and illustrator known for her work on the Comedy Central show Broad City. Jacobson, along with the comedian-writer Ilana Glazer had created a web series titled Broad City. The duo was then approached by FX for a script, which eventually was not approved. Following which, Jacobson and Glazer approached Comedy Central. The idea was approved by Comedy Central and the show titled Broad City premiered in January 2014 receiving a positive response.

After appearing in several short films, in 2016, she appeared in the movie Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising. Apart from starring in the movie Person to Person, Jacobson also voiced the character of Nya in The Lego Ninjago Movie.
