Chef-Entrepreneur Abhijit Saha is the Founding Director of Avant Garde Hospitality Pvt Ltd. His bouquet of high-quality restaurants includes Caperberry, Fava, Red Rhino - Craft Brewery and Kitchen, Cafe Cassia, The Pizza Bakery and recently opened RockSalt in Bangalore and Saha in Singapore. The Coach and Mentor of Team India for Bocuse d'Or Asia-Pacific 2018 and a guest judge of MasterChef India 2016, Chef Saha has 27 years of national and international experience as a Chef and Restauranteur He has been awarded Chef of the year by Times Food Awards in 2016, Best Chef of India at the Indian Restaurant Congress in 2013, IFCA Chef-Entrepreneur of the year 2009 and SICA Golden Hat Award 2010 for outstanding contribution to the field of culinary arts.

Chef Saha is a believer and practitioner of the concept of Sustainable Dining and has participated as Guest Chef and Speaker at TedX, World of Flavours Conferences in Culinary Institute of America 2004, 2005 and 2007), Gourmet Abu Dhabi (2012), World Gourmet Summit Singapore (2015 and 2016), Times Literature Festival Mumbai, Food For Thought Fest New Delhi and IFCA National Congress across the country.
