Hailing from Bengal, Abhik Mukhopadhyay is an Indian film cinematographer and director, known for Bollywood films such as Bunty Aur Babli (2005), Pink (2016) and October (2018). His credited works include Bengali films like Chokher Bali (2003), Chukkallo Chandrudu (2006), Shoonya (2006), The Last Lear (2008), Via Darjeeling (2008), Khela (2008), Ekti Tarar Khonje (2010) and Rajkahini (2015). He has also won National Film Award for Best Cinematography for films like Patalghar (2003), Bhalo Theko (2003), and Antaheen (2009). In 2009, Mukhopadhyay turned director with the film Bhoomi (2009) and Ekti Tarar Khonje: Beyond the Stars (2010).
