Adam William a.k.a. Andy Williams was an American film and television actor and writer, born on November 26, 1922 in Wall Lake, Iowa, USA as Adam Berg. He was a United States Navy pilot in World War II military service and received the Navy Cross for it. He began his carrer in 1950’s as veteran bad guy actor of film and TV. In 1952, he played the lead in a film, Without Warning! He had a leading role in the 1958 science fiction movie The Space Children. Other notable roles include the psychiatrist in Fear Strikes Out (1957) and Valerian in North by Northwest (1959). He wrote some episodes of the TV series, M Squad and The Rifleman. He died in Los Angeles of lymphoma on December 4, 2006 at the age of eighty-four. In the 1978, television series, Sword of Justice, had his last role.
