Television host-turned-actress Aditi Chengappa started out in showbiz by hosting the NDTV Good Times show Bodylicious and subsequently made her feature film debut with the bilingual Thakita Thakita (2015). She has since appeared in a number of movies, notable among which are the Bollywood collaborative feature X: Past Is Present (2015), the Telugu epic historical action film Rudhramadevi (2015) and the Tamil comedy Moone Moonu Varthai (2015).

In 2019, the actress appeared in a pivotal role in the Indian-American biographical drama The Least of These, directed by Aneesh Daniel.
