Aditya Lakhia is an Indian actor who appears primarily in supporting and character roles in Bollywood. He started out in the showbiz by playing the titular role in the cult classic postmodernist film Om-Dar-Ba-Dar (1988). Subsequently, Aditya played supporting roles in the Aamir Khan starrer Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar (1992) and the Shah Rukh Khan starrer Kabhi Haan Kabhi Naa (1993) besides working as an assistant director in movies like Pehla Nasha (1993) and Akele Hum Akele Tum (1995). The actor is perhaps best known for his portrayal of Kachra in the epic sports-drama film Lagaan (2001), and has since appeared in movies like Shootout at Lokhandwala (2007), Red Alert: The War Within (2009) and Stanley Ka Dabba (2011). Besides these, Aditya has also appeared in television shows like Chotti Bahu and Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo. Other significant acting credits include Rihaee (1988), Ramji Londonwaley (2005), Shaurya (2008) and the Gujarati film Bhanwar (2017).
