An Indian actor and choreographer, Ajay Raj is known for his work in Malayalam and Tamil cinema. Having started his career as a cinematographer with the Tamil film Kadhal Mannan in 1998, over the years he has choreographed for several Tamil and Malayalam films. He has shared the screen with many veterans and legends like Kamal Haasan, Urvasi, Parvathy, and Jayaram. He made his acting debut in Selvam (2005).

Some of his notable works include Thamizh (2002), Kovai Brothers (2006), Thozha (2008), Goa (2010), Mankatha (2011), Biryani (2013), Sigaram Thodu (2014), Massu Engira Masilamani (2015), Chennai 600028 II: Second Innings (2016), Marubhoomiyile Mazhathullikal (2018) and X Videos (2018). His 2021 releases include Munduvareda Adhyaya and Ondu Ghanteya Kathe.
