Having studied MBA at Mumbai`s Sydenham College, Akash Chawla started working as a Marketing Manager with TAM Media Research. After working with TAM for four years, Akash began his journey with Zee Network as a Brand Head - Zee TV. In his twelve-year-long association with Zee Network, Akash donned several hats such as Brand Head - Zee Next, Marketing Head - Zee Cinema, Marketing Head and Vice President, Marketing - National Channels, Executive Vice President, Marketing, National Channels, and Executive Vice President and Business Head- Films, Zee Studios. During his stint with the Zee Network, he was associated with movies such as Jazbaa, Rustom, and Mom. In the February of 2017, he quit Zee Network to launch his entrepreneurial venture Fresh Lime Films LLP, which is a creative studio that focuses on digital content creation. His 2019 release includes Anandi Gopal.
